Model License Terms

I. Founder License (Default Purchase)

• Licensed for use by a single company (your startup).

• Permitted for internal management purposes, including financial planning, fundraising support, and internal reporting.

• Not intended for statutory accounting, audited financial statements, or regulatory filings.

• Redistribution, resale, or client work is not permitted.

II. Professional License (Fractional CFOs, Consultants, Advisors)

• Required if the model is used with multiple client companies.

• May be purchased separately at a higher price tier.

• Redistribution or resale of the model itself is prohibited.

III. No Warranty

• The model is provided “as is” without guarantee of accuracy or fitness for a specific purpose.
